Mishimoto 6.0 Powerstroke Coolant Filter Installation MMCFK-F2D-03BL

Great kit & I had no issues or any trimming needed. I got my coat on and two pairs of socks 🤣 & went at it this morning in 30 degrees. I drained about 7-8 quarts of antifreeze & had nothing leak out of the heater hose that needed removed. New egr & oil cooler so I flushed the radiator several times & filled with elc coolant. This filter system should assist in preventing clogging. I love 💖 my 6.0.... did I just say that out load.

Replacing Bad Magnetek 6332 with Progressive Dynamics PD4645V Converter Charger

Wife & I are out in Truck Camper. Usually take a look at an app on my phone that links to my solar charge controller. It showed the batteries at 16.78v

WOW!

I have a multi-meter & got to digging around. Think I found the issue. When I shut off the breaker for the converter/charger the batteries come back down to 14v.  We are running the generator for power right now. I've not experienced a Converter failure so referred my question on RV forum & they responded with a big YES, It's Fried!

After calling around & some places out of stock I settled on a 45 Amp PD4645V Converter from Liesure Times Dist. (517-554-1586)  The short run of 8 Gauge wiring in the Lance should work just fine although wouldn't want to go any larger than this 45A rating.

Out with the Old...

Ford F-350 XLT 6.0L 4x4

Here's the upgraded truck from the 1995 F-250.  This is a 2007 Ford F-350 XLT 4x4 6.0 Diesel.  Yep, I heard all the horror stories on this engine...It didn't scare me.  It only has 75000 Miles & 1800 Hours on it!
